Overview
Our online course will raise awareness of Equality & Diversity and encourage candidates to to take a proactive approach within the workplace. Our online Equality & Diversity course will explore how Equality and Diversity can be compromised by candidates own values, opinions, and prejudices and learn how prejudices develop and how they may influence people. 
Candidates will gain knowledge on how to promote equal opportunites for all recognise the importance of diversity.
